Come and discover how Cantal and Salers cheeses are made at La Calsade farm! Immerse yourself in the world of the farm, meet the herd of cows, and discover how Cantal and Salers cheeses are made! On reservation

Mr. Roux will explain the livestock section, followed by a tour of the free-stall barn for milking and feeding the herds. Return to the production facility for an explanation of the production process by Béatrice (using the informational display panels). Tasting and sales. In collaboration with the tourist office, tours are scheduled every Thursday, during school breaks, and in the summer. Tours depart at 3:30 p.m. from the tourist office. Reservations are required. Another option: From April 15 to November 15, tours are also offered as part of the Auvergne Cheese Trail on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 4:45 p.m. (meet at the farm; no reservation required).
