Between Aurillac and Super Lioran, elsewhere in the Cantal, in the heart of the volcano, in Carladés, in a quiet, warm atmosphere with wooden floors and spruce interior cladding, colorful drapes, many openings with views of the mountains.

Built on a timber frame, the house is insulated with cellulose wadding, an environmentally-friendly material, and its walls are clad with larch, or reveal stone and plaster in the living room. The unique volume under a traditional Auvergne-style roof structure and the numerous windows and openings give the whole a breath of fresh air. Four beds, including a trundle bed, are available for 5 people. Three beds on the large mezzanine and one on the smaller one. There are no partitions between the two mezzanines. Possibility of adding a 6th person with the pull-out bed. The kitchen opens onto the living room and offers all amenities. Hot water comes in part from a high-capacity solar collector heating 600 liters for most of the year, as Aurillac enjoys as much sunshine as Toulouse! Last but not least, this property is the starting point for hiking, mountain biking and horseback riding, as well as excursions to the mountains and lakes. The Super Lioran summer and winter ski resort is 20 minutes away, and the Las Cortinas equestrian center 3 minutes. The Vic heated swimming pool is 10 minutes away, and the Aurillac indoor pool 15 minutes. Shops are in Polminhac, 5 minutes by car, or in Vic sur Cère.
