This firm is the last independent liqueur producer in Auvergne. He has been developing its regional liqueurs and aperitifs, including the famous traditional Gentian, for over a century.
There are three good reasons for paying us a visit: We make and mature AOP Cantal and Salers cheese on site, we produce tasty charcuterie made from farm-raised pigs and, last but not least, we make delicious tome cheese tart, a local speciality, using our own special recipe.
Our farm is located in the heart of the village of Pailherols, between the Monts du Cantal and Aubrac and our cheese production uses traditional techniques.
