Local farms and home-grown produce, a way of life! Our farmers and producers will be delighted to welcome you. During your visit you’ll learn all about the traditions, special practices for micro-farming and will be able to taste wonderful local produce.
There are three good reasons for paying us a visit: We make and mature AOP Cantal and Salers cheese on site, we produce tasty charcuterie made from farm-raised pigs and, last but not least, we make delicious tome cheese tart, a local speciality, using our own special recipe.
With a deep-felt passion for his work and over 30 years experience in the fish farm business, Noël Vazelle will be pleased to welcome visitors on site and at his stall at the market in Vic sur Cère every Tuesday morning and Aurillac every Saturday morning.
