Direct sales all year round, Monday to Saturday. Tours of production from 15/04 to 15/11 organized with the Tourist Office on Thursdays during school vacations. Tours on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays with "La Route des Fromages d'Auvergne". Possibility of visiting the animals and the workshop.
