GAEC Prunet - Cheese producer and farm

Description

Situated between the Monts du Cantal and Aubrac, in the heart of the village of Pailherols, the cheese dairy perpetuates traditional production methods. AOP Salers is made only when the cows are in summer, while Cantal is made all year round.

The GAEC Prunet cheese dairy is open from March to December. Visits to milking from 4:00 pm Monday to Saturday (15 pers max). Cheese orders and delivery.

Opening dates

• From 01/03 to 20/12 on Saturday between 9 am and 11 am. From Monday to Friday between 9 am and 11 am and between 5 pm and 7 pm.
