


At "La Molède", in the heart of a traditional farm in the Cère valley, at an altitude of 1000m, in an exceptional natural setting, Alice and Hugo offer visitors the chance to see and buy their organic raw-milk ewe's milk cheeses.
Their raw-milk ewe's milk cheeses are matured in the cellar of this traditional Cantalien farmhouse, built in 1850. The ewes graze on natural meadows, and are milked by hand, making the cheese in the traditional way. Tours of the farm and cheese sales between 4:30 and 6:00 pm on Fridays and Saturdays in June.
