Come and discover how Cantal and Salers cheeses are made at La Calsade farm! Immerse yourself in the world of the farm, meet the herd of cows, and discover how Cantal and Salers cheeses are made! On reservation

Mr Roux explains the livestock section, then accesses the free stall for milking and feeding. Return to the production area, where Béatrice explains how the cheese is made (using the explanatory panels). Tasting and sale. In collaboration with the tourist office, tours are scheduled every Thursday, during school vacations and in summer. Departure from the tourist office at 3:30pm. Reservations required. Another possibility: from April 15 to November 15, tours are also offered as part of the Auvergne cheese route on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 4:45pm. Meeting point at the farm, no reservation required.
