Alongside this commitment to quality, we are actively engaged in an environmental and social approach. We are taking action to reduce our ecological impact by limiting our carbon footprint, promoting teleworking, carpooling and soft mobility, controlling our printing, sorting our waste and reducing our energy consumption.
We support the local economy and socially responsible employment by working closely with local producers, artisans, and partners, as well as with committed organizations. We strive to make our facilities accessible to everyone, especially people with disabilities; we have two parking spaces for people with reduced mobility, an access ramp, and a hearing loop for the hearing impaired ( listed in the public access directory ).
We work closely with people committed to promoting the cultural and heritage identity of Carladès, through actions and events.
Finally, we contribute to raising awareness among visitors and professionals about environmental issues, particularly through initiatives promoting sustainable tourism, exploring natural areas, and providing tailored support. We also pay close attention to the well-being of our team, convinced that it is essential to ensuring a high-quality welcome.

The Carladès Tourist Office renewed its Category I classification in July 2025. From 2013 to 2025, the Tourist Office renewed its commitment to the Qualité Tourisme (Quality Tourism) label. This label expired in December 2026 and be replaced by the Destination d’Excellence (Destination of Excellence) label .
Currently in the process of obtaining Destination of Excellence certification.
