Our cosy, authentic 60m2 "Sommeil de Plomb" chalet welcomes families and friends all year round. Located less than 5 km from the Lioran ski resort, come and enjoy the many activities on offer in summer and winter alike.

Our 4-person chalet is located on a hillside, accessible via a staircase with 90 stable, illuminated steps, and has private parking for 3 cars. The south-facing terrace offers superb views of the Cantal mountains and the Cère valley. Free shuttle service to the foot of the slopes in winter. The chalet comprises : - a separate entrance with coat hooks - A large living room with sofa bed, a dining room with a large solid wood table, a fireplace (in winter, wood is provided for a first flambé) and a fully-equipped kitchen: - Multifunction oven/induction hob - Fridge/freezer - microwave oven - Dishwasher - Flat-screen TV, DVD player - Laundry room with washing machine First floor: - Bedroom 1 with double bed and closet - Bedroom 2 with bunk bed and closet - Small bathroom with walk-in shower - separate toilet Comfort ++ - Baby cot available - Complete bedding and linen, sheets and towels provided - Wide choice of crockery and household utensils - Fondue and raclette sets - Classic coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle - Laundry rack - Iron and ironing board - Vacuum cleaner - books and board games - barbecue - outdoor table and bench !!
