Family farm located in Polminhac, Cantal. We've been raising dairy cows in the village of Maruéjouls for 3 generations. Today, our 60 dairy cows produce milk transformed on the farm into "AOP" Cantal "lait de foin". All these cheeses are matured in our cellar. In addition to cheese production, we also raise pigs, which are fed whey for processing into charcuterie and fresh meats in an approved laboratory. Since July, we have been awarded the "lait de foin" (hay milk) label, an official sign of quality which guarantees that our milk is produced from grass and hay, without fermented feed or GMOs, and as close to nature as possible, to provide an authentic, traditional product that respects the land, animals and people. You'll also find Saint-Nectaire PDO, Bleu d'Auvergne PDO and Fourme d'Ambert PDO from partner producers.
