The 3 Cellars: beers cellar, wines cellar, whiskies cellar… it will advise concerning all local homemade Cantal’s products from Polminhac (from the original receipt to the bottle planting).

Specialities: “Tonton”liqueur,” the 1228” wine matured in altitude and the only and unique beer brewed in Aurillac.

• From 02/01 to 31/12
  Opening hours daily between 9 am and 12 pm and between 2 pm and 7 pm.
  Monday to Saturday from 8h to 12h and from 14h to 19h.
